Position Overview

Okta is in search of a Senior Manager to become part of the Customer Marketing and C-Suite Engagement team. This position will be pivotal in ensuring consistency across new CxO initiatives, including the CISO Forum, global Customer Advisory Boards, executive roundtables, and more. The role involves close collaboration with strategic events, sales, marketing, and various stakeholders to drive the strategy and execution of executive programs, align with business objectives, enhance CXO engagement throughout the organization, and fortify customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute significantly to the customer marketing and C-suite engagement team.
  • Strategically engage with multidisciplinary teams, fostering value-driven relationships with relevant project stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Oversee the CISO Forum and devise strategies for CXO programs that cultivate new advocates and Okta Champions.
  • Design, implement, and manage Customer Advisory Boards, ensuring alignment with practitioner and C-Suite strategies.
  • Monitor and report on essential customer marketing and C-suite engagement metrics.
  • Effectively communicate upcoming programs and deliverables to business leaders and project stakeholders, soliciting feedback for ongoing optimization.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer marketing or executive engagement with outstanding communication and coordination skills.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling advocacy programs with CxOs.
  • Ability to analyze data while being a compelling storyteller and communicator.
  • Enthusiasm, adaptability, and determination to achieve tangible business outcomes.
  • Experience in executing integrated, ROI-focused marketing and lead generation initiatives.
  • Self-motivated with exceptional organizational and time management skills, along with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive outlook.
  • Genuine passion for the role and the mission of the company.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.
