Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of live intake calls, entering data accurately into our Case Management System, and providing exceptional service to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Intake Calls: Handle incoming and outgoing calls, gathering pertinent information from potential clients and entering it into our system.
  • Client Communication: Speak with potential clients, guiding them through the intake process and ensuring they have a welcoming and professional experience.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all potential client interactions and intake information.
  • Documentation: Ensure all necessary documentation and information are collected for each intake to facilitate the attorneys' review.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data management, and correspondence.
  • Task Management: Manage multiple tasks efficiently, balancing phone calls and data entry with other duties as needed.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion throughout the intake process.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in legal support or other related fields.
  • Skills: Ability to prioritize and multitask, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
