Sales Business Development Manager for Distribution Equipment in the US

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Business Development Manager to join our team in Greater Atlanta, GA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with clients in the distribution equipment sector.
This is a business development and sales position that requires an aggressive self-starter with the ability to take charge of and grow a large geographic territory across the US and Latin America. You will serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned client accounts in North America, responsible for retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and meet revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, both within existing clients and through targeted outreach
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports, ensuring timely and effective communication of sales performance
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrated sales excellence and growth working with low voltage contactors and circuit breakers in the USA
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding assigned annual/quarterly goals and targets
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience selling to top decision-maker and manager levels within an organization
- Bilingual ability in Spanish or Korean is a plus
- Able to work independently, with a strong sense of initiative and motivation
- A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience
