Job Summary

D.C. United is seeking a highly motivated and competitive sales professional to join our premium sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating revenue through the sale of premium hospitality products at Audi Field, including multi-match suite leases, field-level seats, and events DC club seats and all other hospitality spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals while providing exceptional service to D.C. United fans.
  • Generate new business opportunities primarily focused on premium hospitality products through cold calling, outside appointments, and stadium tours.
  • Maintain all touchpoints with clients and prospects within our CRM system.
  • Adopt and utilize additional sales tools, including LinkedIn, SuitePro, and Sales Intel.
  • Represent D.C. United in a positive manner on game days when interacting with clients and prospects at D.C. United sales tables or at their seats on matchdays.
  • Attend multiple networking events per month and contribute positively to the D.C. United sales culture.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of successful B2B sales experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Competitive nature and a contagious, positive attitude.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage schedule to achieve daily and weekly goals for calls, appointments, and sales.
  • Exceptional work ethic, strong desire to succeed, eagerness to learn, professionalism, and a passion for the sports industry.
Compensation and Benefits

Base pay is one part of the total compensation package and is determined within a range. The good faith anticipated base pay range for this role is $75,000 - $90,000. All candidates must complete a successful background check.
