Account Executive, Premium Sales

Job Summary

D.C. United is seeking a highly motivated and competitive sales professional to join our premium sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating revenue through the sale of premium hospitality products at Audi Field, including multi-match suite leases, field-level seats, and events DC club seats and all other hospitality spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals while providing exceptional service to D.C. United fans.
  • Generate new business opportunities primarily focused on premium hospitality products through cold calling, outside appointments, and stadium tours.
  • Maintain all touchpoints with clients and prospects within KORE CRM and Salesloft.
  • Adopt additional sales tools including LinkedIn, SuitePro, and Sales Intel.
  • Execute a minimum of 4 meetings, 225 calls, and 500 activities per week.
  • Represent D.C. United in a positive manner on game days when interacting with clients and United sales tables or at their seats on matchdays.
  • Attend multiple networking events per month.
  • Contribute positively to the D.C. United sales culture.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of successful B2B sales experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Competitive nature and a contagious, positive attitude.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage schedule to achieve daily and weekly goals for calls, appointments, and sales.
  • Exceptional work ethic, strong desire to succeed, eagerness to learn, professionalism, and a passion for the sports industry.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Compensation

The anticipated base pay range for this role is $75,000 - $90,000. All candidates must complete a successful background check. D.C. United is committed to uplifting our community, staff, and club.
