Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Facilities Operations Coordinator to join our team at ATG Entertainment. As a key member of our facilities department, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of our building systems, performing minor repairs, and providing exceptional customer service to our staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair
    • Conduct daily maintenance tasks, including HVAC system checks, fire panel checks, plumbing, and mechanical troubleshooting.
    • Perform minor repairs as needed to maintain the appearance and functionality of the building.
  • Administrative Support
    • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and clients, addressing issues during performances.
    • Conduct pre-show inspections of building facilities to identify potential hazards or maintenance needs.
    • Compile nightly reports and submit them to the Facilities Manager.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Collaborate and communicate effectively with the Facilities Department and venue management teams.
    • Supervise the housekeeping department during pre-show, show time, and post-show periods.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High School Diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications or training.
    • 2+ years of experience in facilities, trade, or similar positions.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proficiency with hardware tools and electrical equipment.
    • Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems.
    • Strong communication skills and aptitude for problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications
  • S12 & S13 (Sprinkler & Standpipe) and S95 (Supervisory of Fire Alarm Systems) Certificates of Fitness required.
  • Experience with landmarked buildings preferred.
