About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team as Sales Associates. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with key store personnel, providing exceptional customer service, and maximizing sales opportunities. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our iconic brands, including Oreo, Ritz, LU, Clif Bar, and Tate's Bake Shop, among others, are well-represented and stocked on store shelves.

Main Responsibilities
  • You will carry out regular in-store visits to implement Mondelēz's visit method, ensuring our products are visually appealing and easily accessible to customers.
  • Act as a liaison between store managers and Mondelēz management, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise during negotiations.
  • Follow daily route planning guidelines set by the operations team to optimize in-store service efficiency.
  • Promote Mondelēz International and its brands effectively to in-store employees, collaborating closely with sales representatives to enhance product visibility and create engaging promotional displays.
  • Identify and capitalize on seasonal sales opportunities, launch new products, and maintain optimal inventory levels in conjunction with Merchandisers.
About You
  • Be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license.
  • A High School Diploma or GED is mandatory; a college degree is preferred.
  • Must reside within a 50-mile radius of our primary location in Duluth, GA, and be willing to relocate outside of the region or state if necessary.
  • Able to work a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule with occasional weekend commitments.

In addition to a competitive annual base salary range of $40,000 to $43,000, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid vacation, holidays, 401(k) matching, and an Employee Assistance Program.
