Business Development Engineer

At Dover Corporation, we are committed to driving growth and innovation in the heat transfer industry. As a Business Development Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting our Sales organization and customers in advanced technical and commercial tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers at all levels to translate their needs into functional actions.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system, logging activities and updating customer information.
- Execute product selection and quoting in our Sales Process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
- Provide commercial and advanced technical support to customers, including product selection, thermodynamic calculations, and customizing processes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities and driving growth.
- Participate in internal projects and initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Strong technical and commercial skills, with experience in sales and business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
Work Arrangement: Remote
