Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead recruitment and service delivery initiatives
  • Oversee all temporary staffing placements within your designated area
  • Foster relationships with existing clients
  • Continuously develop a pool of qualified candidates
  • Conduct interviews, screenings, and facilitate candidate placements
  • Relay all pertinent information to employees and job seekers

Compensation:
Starting salary of $30,000 (commensurate with experience)

PLUS Bonuses

Qualifications:

BILINGUAL REQUIRED (English/Spanish)

  • Preferred experience in Staffing & Recruiting
  • General understanding of labor and employment regulations
  • Strong networking and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Confident and articulate in presentations, both in-person and via phone
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Proficient in Excel, MS Office, and Google Workspace
