Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $136,600 - $239,100, with the possibility of an additional 20% bonus based on company and individual performance.

Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
  • Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of corporate travel, expense, and credit card programs.
  • Responsible for proposing and developing strategies relevant to the unit's business.
  • Oversee the management of numerous third-party agencies, including contract negotiations, compliance, controls, budget management, and SLA oversight.
  • Provide leadership, set direction to the team, and be able to tie initiatives to company goals.
Team Leadership and Employee Development
  • Develop Department goals and vision.
  • Communicate company information downwards, explaining the 'why' behind activities and their connection to company goals.
  • Delegate tasks effectively, with clear expectations and accountability.
  • Mentor and coach team members, providing career development planning and opportunities for growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business (Required)
  • 4-7 Years of experience managing a corporate travel, expense, and card program (Required)
  • Experience in RFI/RFP and contract negotiations (Required)
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams (Preferred)
