Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Traveling Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our team. This full-time position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management, or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of commercial construction experience as a superintendent, with expertise in construction scheduling, cost control, and project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule, coordinate, and supervise on-site trade employee activities during all phases of the construction project.
  • Ensure adherence to the project schedule and effective communication with the project manager, architect, engineer, and other project team members.
  • Monitor and enforce safety program requirements and ensure corrective measures are implemented.
  • Maintain positive client relationships and attend project status meetings as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management or equivalent combination of technical training and experience.
  • Minimum 5 years commercial construction experience as superintendent.
  • Expertise in construction scheduling, cost control, and project management.
  • Computer experience and management skills essential.
Estimated Salary Range

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience and location.
