Key Responsibilities- Training Scheduling and Administration: Post and announce training schedules, maintain attendance records, and ensure seamless delivery of training programs.
- Training Development and Delivery: Produce live trainings for designated groups, record questions and areas of concern, and provide feedback to trainers.
- Web Page Maintenance and Support: Maintain department web pages, support the team in web page-related efforts, and ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Multimedia Visual Aids and Presentations: Design, develop, and maintain multimedia visual aids and presentations for the end-users' training library.
- Curriculum Development and Support: Support the Regional Training Team with effective curriculum development, design training surveys, and provide analytics to improve training effectiveness.
- Success Metrics and Progress Monitoring: Support the National Training Manager with defining and measuring success metrics, monitoring change progress, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Platform Testing and Analysis: Support different platform testing and analysis for possible integration into the training.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with the National Systems, Process, and Training Team and internal stakeholders to identify training needs across the Business Unit Sea Logistics.
- Training Effectiveness Analysis: Help analyze the training effectiveness and suggest appropriate modifications if needed.
- Research and Development: Develop and seek out cutting-edge research and information to generate ideas for Sea Logistics Training development.
- Departmental Meetings and Workshops: Attend and participate in departmental meetings and workshops to discuss business process-related issues and contribute to projects as a team member.
- 1+ years' Training Experience
- 1+ years industry experience
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
