Creative Project Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Creative Project Manager to join our Pacific Northwest-based wellness client's team on a fully remote, permanent basis. This role is a new position focused on streamlining communication between marketing, creative, and other cross-functional departments, driving adoption for best practices and processes.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a key resource and partner for marketing and creative teams, leaders, and executive partners, driving streamlined planning, communications, budgets, and timelines for campaigns, events, creative projects, new launches, and more.
- Maintain project budgets, timelines, documentation, and analytics with the goal of delivering completed projects on time or ahead of schedule, within budget, and on scope.
- Monitor project progress and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to eliminate or reduce wasted time or resources, ensuring cohesion between teams and vendors.
- Maximize project management software usage and best practices for the marketing and creative function.
- 3+ years of dedicated marketing and/or creative project management experience is required for consideration.
- In-depth experience managing project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder relationships with a focus on streamlining internal processes.
- Experience working on creative briefs and with creative team members.
- Expert-level project management software experience, ideally working with Asana, with the ability to guide best practices in the system.
- Bachelor's degree and project management certificate, preferred.

Compensation: $80,000 to $110,000 annually, dependent on level of relevant experience and industry expertise.
