Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex IT projects from design and development to implementation, and may be assigned several projects to manage at any given time.
  • Coordinate with other ITS project managers and coordinators to ensure that project resources are effectively and efficiently used.
  • Review deliverables prepared by the team before passing to the customer for acceptance.
  • Track and report team hours and expenses on a weekly basis.
  • Set documentation policies and procedures involving software systems and data.
  • Participate in Information Strategic Planning, Resource Planning, and Tactical Planning with the DOR ITS teams.
  • Strategize and plan with multiple agencies in the workflow of multiple systems and interfaces.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have six (6) years of information systems experience, or an Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and four (4) years of information systems experience. Alternatively, you may have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, and two (2) years of information systems experience. A Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field may also be considered.
