Key Responsibilities- Agency-Executed Campaigns: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agency partners to coordinate key deliverables and milestones in the end-to-end email campaign development and deployment process.
- Internally-Executed Campaigns: Take a hands-on role in building, testing, and executing email journeys and campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to deliver multi-touch communications.
- Liaison and Communication: Serve as the liaison between internal stakeholders and external agencies, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- CRM Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with CRM best practices and CAN-SPAM compliance laws to ensure all marketing efforts are compliant and effective.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in the team's day-to-day CRM team protocols and maintain the CRM campaign calendar.
- Content Review and Editing: Proofread, edit, and fact-check content to ensure emails are accurate, compelling, and adhere to our brand guidelines.
- Quality Assurance: Test and complete quality assurance of emails, ensuring compatibility with web browsers and email clients.
- A/B Testing: Assist with A/B testing of emails to optimize campaign performance.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a CRM marketing role, with a focus on B2C ecommerce experience.
- Skills: Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Builder. SQL querying knowledge and excellent project management skills are also required.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising/public relations, communications, or a related field.
