Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Cottage Caregivers LLC. This role is responsible for coordinating and maintaining scheduling for our Home Care clients and staff.

The ideal candidate will have prior scheduling experience and excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for recruiting caregivers, handling incoming calls, and uploading staffing documents and care plans to our scheduling system.

Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining staff schedules, providing staffing for sick leave, vacation, and long-term leave, and scheduling client appointments/visits according to care plans and staff availability.

The Office Administrator will also be responsible for entering scheduling data, creating schedules, and contacting care providers and clients regarding day-to-day changes.

Additionally, they will maintain staff and client databases, statistics, and reports, and perform general office duties such as word processing, photocopies, and reception services.
