Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Marketing Manager to join our team at Trilogy Health Services. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract and engage top talent.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain comprehensive recruitment marketing strategies to support our employer brand and attract top talent.
- Analyze current recruitment strategies and sources to determine ROI and make recommendations for improvement.
- Work with our ATS, CRM, and external partners to determine cost per hire, cost per click, and cost per apply metrics.
- Create and maintain organic and paid content for all social sites, including Meta, Google, Indeed, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and branded job board pages.
- Take the lead on growing our Glassdoor and Indeed review engagement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all external recruitment marketing vendors.
- Maintain all facets of our Trilogy and Synchrony career sites, including updating content, developing videos, and building landing pages.
- Partner with our Internal Marketing Team to create and produce new collateral, promo items, and recruitment tools.
- Serve as the CRM and CMS administrator to create and manage events, build automated engagement campaigns, and establish static and dynamic pipelines for our Talent Team.
- Oversee and deliver training for Regional Talent Partners on the effective utilization of the CRM, passive lead engagement, events management, and all avenues of recruitment marketing.
- Investigate and recommend technology, strategies, and process improvements to create efficiencies and control costs.
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment marketing or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
