Position Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the complete recruitment process. Key responsibilities include identifying candidates through diverse channels, organizing interview and selection processes, and engaging in career fairs. Success in this position requires the ability to formulate long-term recruitment strategies and foster meaningful relationships with prospective employees. Additional duties include: conducting orientation sessions for new hires, preparing training materials for new and existing employees, maintaining accurate personnel records, ensuring compliance with clinical licensing and training documentation, processing changes in the HR system, and assisting in the coordination of employee events and training sessions. A solid understanding of state and federal employment laws and the ability to interpret policies is essential.
