Vaco is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a reputable organization in the healthcare sector.

Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is integral to the human resources team, overseeing the recruitment lifecycle, fostering employee relations, and delivering essential administrative support. This role demands exceptional organizational capabilities, effective communication skills, and a solid grasp of human resources methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Staffing:
    • Partner with hiring leaders to identify staffing requirements and craft detailed job descriptions.
    • Identify and attract candidates through diverse sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
    • Evaluate resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate further interviews with hiring managers.
    • Oversee the applicant tracking system (ATS) to maintain precise candidate records.
    • Facilitate background checks and reference checks for selected candidates.
    • Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with candidates.
  2. Onboarding and Orientation:
    • Organize new hire orientation sessions to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
    • Prepare necessary documentation for new hires, including employment contracts and benefits enrollment forms.
    • Facilitate introductions between new employees and their respective teams.
    • Address any inquiries or concerns from new hires during the onboarding phase.
  3. Employee Relations:
    • Act as a resource for employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
    • Assist in resolving employee relations challenges, including conflicts and grievances.
    • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  4. Administrative Support:
    • Maintain HR records and ensure data integrity within the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
    • Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics, turnover rates, and other HR analytics.
    • Support the organization of employee events, training sessions, and various HR initiatives.
    • Manage general HR inquiries and provide assistance to the HR team as required.
