Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Wieland Group. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent to support our business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Source and Manage Candidate Pipeline: Utilize e-recruitment tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, to identify and engage with active and passive candidates.
- Consult with HR Leaders and Hiring Managers: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their talent needs and effectively manage expectations throughout the recruiting process.
- Provide Professional Communications: Respond to all stakeholders in a timely and professional manner, ensuring seamless communication throughout the hiring process.
- Evaluate and Screen Candidates: Conduct phone/video interviews and utilize assessment tools as needed to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
- Drive Key Talent Acquisition Metrics: Continuously improve recruitment processes, including updating and monitoring candidate disposition in our ATS.
- Understand Total Compensation and Benefits: Familiarize yourself with our compensation and benefits package, company policies, and differentiators to effectively communicate them to candidates.
- Negotiate Offers and Complete Onboarding: Influence and negotiate offers, and arrange pre-hire onboarding processes with new hires.
- 3-5 Years of High-Volume Recruitment Experience: Proven track record of successful recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
- iCIMS ATS Experience: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and e-recruitment tools.
- Manufacturing or Heavy Industrial Industry Recruiting: Experience in recruiting for manufacturing or heavy industrial industries preferred.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills: Proven ability to interact with internal and external customers, including email, phone, and face-to-face communication.
- Collaborative Team Player: Ability to work effectively with all levels of an organization, prioritize tasks, and identify process improvements.
- Excellent Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
- Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills: High level of attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
