Job Title: Data Management Manager

AbbVie is seeking a highly skilled Data Management Manager to join our Marketing Analytics and Business Insights (MABI) function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data management strategies to ensure the accuracy and consistency of patient information across systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data management strategies to ensure data quality and governance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize data improvement initiatives.
  • Support the integration of patient data from multiple systems into the central MDM platform.
  • Ensure data synchronization and consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Contribute to the definition and implementation of data quality rules and cleansing procedures.
  • Manage a team of data stewards responsible for identifying, investigating, and resolving data anomalies and discrepancies.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data anomaly management.
  • Provide training and support to data stewards on MDM best practices.
  • Collaborate with data owners, business system owners, platform owners, data operations teams, and other key stakeholders across the organization.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of professional experience.
  • 3+ years of related industry experience with real-world data, data operations, and/or BI.
  • Strong working knowledge and experience of working with SQL, Python, and Power BI/Tableau/Datorama.
  • Experience with data and analytics environments for tracking and reporting KPIs.
  • Experience working in a matrixed environment across commercial and marketing stakeholders.
