Role Overview

The Training team plays a crucial role in equipping our current and prospective clients to effectively utilize our industry-leading products and services. We are in search of a forward-thinking Senior Trainer with expertise in adult learning to assist in formulating and executing a strategy for our customer education and training initiatives. This position encompasses the entire process from development to delivery and will involve collaboration within the training team as well as with various cross-functional teams at Thentia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work alongside Product, Regulatory, and Delivery teams to develop and impart comprehensive product knowledge, enabling our clients to utilize and maximize our Thentia Cloud software solutions.
  • Partner with the internal product team to establish training and educational strategic objectives related to newly launched product features, followed by the creation and delivery of training for stakeholders.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and advocate during onboarding processes, enhancing the customer experience in relation to their educational requirements.
  • Build strong client relationships by demonstrating a thorough understanding of stakeholders' businesses and identifying tailored solutions to meet their specific educational needs.
  • Contribute expertise to the Centre for Regulatory Transformation, including research and the development of innovative content.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of stakeholder experiences to devise comprehensive educational solutions.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in developing adult education programs and training.
  • At least 3 years of experience in software education and enablement for enterprise-grade software platforms, end-user training, or operational training learning design.
  • An undergraduate degree in a relevant field, MEd, or similar education combined with equivalent professional experience, ideally accompanied by a certificate in adult education (CAE).
  • A strong background in consulting and advisory services is preferred.
  • Proficiency in modern office software suites, including Office 365, Google Workspace, and project management tools such as ClickUp, as well as learning tools like Docebo, Moodle, Captivate, PowerPoint, Camtasia, or AI tools such as Speechify or Lovo.
  • Flexibility in scheduling and willingness to travel as necessary within North America and internationally.
  • Proven ability to comprehend complex legal concepts and processes, such as regulatory workflows, and translate these into educational requirements.
  • A collaborative, resourceful, and self-directed approach with a project-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the capability to deliver training to professional audiences.
