Position Overview: As a Home Care Assistant at WelbeHealth, you will be instrumental in supporting our participants with their daily routines, ensuring their health and safety, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary care team.

  • The Home Care Assistant will deliver personal care and aid with activities of daily living (ADLs) for participants.
  • Support with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs).
  • Monitor and record participants' vital signs.
  • Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and safe transfers.
  • Implement home exercise programs and provide translation services as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) / First Aid Certification is required.
  • Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) is preferred.
  • Bilingual candidates are preferred.
