Job Overview

True Homes is seeking a highly skilled Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for selling new, high-quality homes in beautiful communities throughout your territory. You will work with and learn from an industry-leading sales team, and have the opportunity to earn a high income with unlimited 6-figure earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell new homes in beautiful communities throughout your territory
  • Work with and learn from an industry-leading sales team
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Requirements:

  • Active state Real Estate License or enrolled in state Real Estate licensing course
  • 1 or more years of quota-bearing commission-based sales experience
  • 1 or more years of B2B or B2C sales experience
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work weekends on a regular basis
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment within a team-centered environment
