Your primary focus will be on showing community properties to prospective buyers, discussing conditions of sale, and drawing up real estate contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Show prospective clients available properties within the assigned community.
  • Answer potential buyer's questions regarding construction, financing, amenities, and availability.
  • Participate in available training for self-development and to improve sales techniques.
  • Promote sales of properties by using available marketing collateral and learned sales techniques.
  • Outline and recommend available options and services to new buyers.
  • Participate in outside events to remain knowledgeable in the local real estate market.
  • Pursue continuous improvement within the position working towards the overall sales goals.
  • Meet or exceed previous performance levels in the areas defined by the key indicators and specific goals for the position and the Sales Department.
Requirements:
  • One to three years related experience and/or training in residential real estate.
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and KOVA software (preferred).
  • North Carolina Residential Real Estate License.
