About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Business Development Manager to join our Amazon Incentives team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in acquiring large clients and growing our Amazon Incentives footprint.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new business and grow existing relationships
  • Identify and pursue large accounts that are under-served and establish strong relationships for future scalable growth
  • Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to deliver results and share best practices with global teams
  • Prospect new customers and qualify them through the funnel
  • Contribute to and lead regular business updates to leadership
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 3+ years of sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of inside sales experience
  • Knowledge of procurement and source to pay methods at small and medium businesses
  • Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level
  • Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach or equivalent

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $62,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $132,900/year in our highest geographic market.
