This position leads growth-focused marketing campaign strategy and works with cross-functional stakeholders on execution. Works cross-functionally across product management, brand marketing, partner marketing, and data sciences to define and execute growth marketing strategies.   • Work closely with product management, data sciences, and brand and partner marketing leads to uncover opportunities for growth based on data.
  • Lead development and ongoing updates to data-driven marketing campaigns and marketing toolkits for financial institutions to drive product usage.
  • Test, experiment, identify, and diversify growth programs in a way that will maximize results.
  • Initiate development of performance and tracking reports for marketing programs, consolidating information and providing end-to-end metrics visibility.
  • Work cross-functionally with a variety of stakeholders to articulate growth marketing performance to the exec team, product, data, sales, finance, and the broader marketing team.
  • Establish a deep understanding of our market, customer segments, and product to effectively build powerful campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and partner constituencies, including marketing teams, legal, finance, and sales.
  • Support the company's commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.
", "Minimum Qualifications": "
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Performance-driven, deeply analytical, comfortable deriving insights and making decisions from data.
  • Experience creating and executing usage-focused marketing programs and measuring end-to-end results (bonus points for experience doing this in a B2B2C organization).
  • Familiarity with both paid and organic channels, online and offline, and a variety of growth tactics.
  • Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, organized, proactive, collaborative, and able to thrive in an ambiguous environment.
  • Previous experience managing relationships with varying levels of seniority, creating successful marketing programs, and go-to-market strategies for partnerships.
  • High-level personal and professional integrity, sensitivity, and confidentiality.
  • Background and drug screen.

Working conditions consist of a normal office environment. Work is primarily sedentary and requires extensive use of a computer and involves sitting for periods of approximately four hours. Work may require occasional standing, walking, kneeling, and reaching. Must be able to lift 10 pounds occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently. Requires visual acuity and dexterity to view, prepare, and manipulate documents and office equipment, including personal computers. The pay scale for this position in Phoenix, AZ/Chicago, IL in USD per year is: $165,000 - $185,000.

New York, NY/San Francisco, CA in USD per year is: $190,000 - $210,000.
