Position Summary

We are looking for a gospel-centered, detail-oriented Educational Support Coordinator to join our dedicated team. This full-time role can be performed remotely or from central Ohio and focuses on delivering exceptional resources and assistance to LifeWise classroom educators. The position requires collaboration, research, and creative brainstorming with a committed team to empower LifeWise teachers across the nation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee, evaluate, and enhance all levels of the LifeWise curriculum
  • Assist in the creation and revision of curriculum and supplementary materials
  • Collaborate in the design, development, and assessment of classroom resources
  • Support educators in the effective implementation of the curriculum
  • Work together on various teacher support initiatives, tasks, and events
  • Respond to inquiries from educators regarding support
  • Create content to boost teacher engagement
  • Manage various platforms for teacher connections
  • Facilitate communication efforts directed at educators
  • Effectively communicate identified needs and proposed solutions to the Teacher Support Manager
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • A mature Christian faith that aligns with the LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith
  • A bachelor's degree in education is preferred
  • Extensive knowledge in curriculum development and effective teaching methodologies
  • Significant experience in classroom instruction and curriculum navigation
  • Outstanding written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management capabilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing demands
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace tools
