Role Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop processes that address organizational needs.
  • Provide responses to inquiries regarding existing products and solutions.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal IT personnel regarding questions and actions.
  • Establish and maintain cross-departmental relationships to understand the specific needs of each division.
  • Identify and communicate solutions both internally to the IT division and externally to other divisions based on thorough analysis and research.
  • Utilize existing form-building software to modify, maintain, and create forms across various divisions.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues to ensure smooth operational flow.
  • Engage in modifying current software configurations and correcting errors while seeking opportunities for product enhancement and increased efficiency.
  • Address IT inquiries and support tickets related to Salesforce and other online platforms.
  • Develop and manage Salesforce dashboards and reports.
  • Participate in weekly cross-departmental meetings to gain a comprehensive understanding of processes, needs, issues, and ongoing projects.

Qualifications

  • A mature Christian faith aligned with the LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith.
  • Strong understanding of SAAS functionality (required).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (required).
  • Advanced problem-solving and diagnostic abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively within a team (required).
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant IT field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Salesforce (preferred).

Compensation and Benefits

  • Starting salary of $75,000 per year.
