About You

We're looking for a highly motivated and analytical Recruiting Coordinator who is passionate about finding the right candidates for our team. As a results-driven individual, you'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding new employees.

You'll possess excellent administrative and organizational skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Your exceptional written and oral communication skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with department leaders and colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Build Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with department leaders, serving as a trusted partner throughout the recruiting process.
  • Job Posting Management: Create, update, and publish job postings that accurately reflect our organization's culture and values.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Evaluate a high volume of resumes to assess suitability for various roles, ensuring that we attract top talent.
  • Candidate Engagement: Schedule, conduct, and participate in candidate interviews, utilizing best HR practices to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Applicant Tracking System Management: Utilize our applicant tracking system to advance candidates through the recruiting process, ensuring seamless communication and efficient hiring outcomes.
  • Reference Checks: Conduct thorough reference checks, adhering to best HR practices and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Onboarding Process: Participate in the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Recruitment Metrics: Monitor and drive recruitment metrics to optimize hiring outcomes, continuously improving our processes and strategies.
  • Candidate Experience: Promote a positive candidate experience that showcases our organization's culture, values, and standards, reflecting our commitment to excellence.
  • Additional Tasks: Complete other tasks and projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications

  • A mature personal Christian faith consistent with the LifeWise Academy Support Center Statement of Faith.
  • Experience in high-volume recruiting (2+ years).
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • Excellent time management with the proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with HRIS and/or applicant tracking systems.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Google Workspace.
  • High degree of professionalism and attention to detail.
