Job Title: Interim Sales Enablement Specialist, RFPs

Ironclad Inc is seeking an experienced Interim Sales Enablement Specialist to lead our proposal management efforts. As a key member of our GTM function, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining top-quality standard responses, managing proposal projects, and improving our documentation content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ownership of RFx & VSQ response for the GTM function, including project management and development of standard responses.
  • Develop bid qualification process in alignment with Sales Leadership to scale the function and ensure Ironclad is focusing on winning business.
  • Continuously improve Ironclad's documentation content in collaboration with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, Product Marketing, Legal, Security, and others.
  • Identify and address content gaps or the need for additional media (language, images, video) and work cross-functionally to drive improvements.
  • Maintain proposal process, company standards, and best practices to guide other team members to a successful and winning proposal.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Experience in professional and technical writing, editing, and organizing technical language.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information in a relevant, accessible way.
  • Strong empathy and desire to understand customer needs and goals.
  • Very collaborative team player who fosters strong working relationships across teams.
  • Attention to detail.
