About the Role

As a Sales Enablement Skills Specialist at ResMed, you will play a critical role in empowering our North America Sales team with the necessary skills, tools, and knowledge to effectively engage with our customers. You will be responsible for developing training programs, creating sales resources, and collaborating closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Product teams to optimize sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate strategies and develop and deliver trainings to increase sales effectiveness and efficiencies, working alongside Sales leadership.
  • Design and deliver customized training programs using a variety of techniques, including blended learning and adult learning principles, to ensure efficient and effective knowledge transfer.
  • Develop collaborative relationships with senior leadership to identify learning opportunities and gather source content for respective learning curriculums.
  • Identify and leverage sales enablement technologies to support Sales behaviors and streamline Sales processes.
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of learning programs, from concept development to execution, including knowledge application and verification.
  • Lead cross-functional teams focused on developing new learning initiatives, supporting activities such as New Product Introductions (NPIs).
  • Implement data-driven strategies for evaluating the effectiveness of learning materials and curricula, informing improvements where needed.
  • Ensure the development of engaging and interactive content, including videos, simulations, and other multimedia materials, while adhering to industry best practices.
  • Manage and allocate resources effectively, including budgets, tools, and personnel, to support the team's projects and goals.
About You
  • 7+ years of relevant Sales Enablement experience within a medical device or pharmaceutical organization.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and learning theory, with experience designing and delivering trainings across in-person and virtual platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership, strong understanding of Sales processes, and the ability to train, coach, and influence others.
  • Knowledge of healthcare market dynamics, as well as prior experience collaborating with Sales, Product, and Marketing departments preferred.
  • Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills, and strong organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate's geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.

Subject to the absolute discretion of the company, this role is eligible for an annual cash bonus payment based on company, business unit, and/or individual performance.

A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is: $106,000 - $158,000

For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based on the candidate's geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
