Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute enablement strategies and facilitation in-hub to support the Digital GTM Enablement team.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for early-in-career sellers, covering product knowledge, market trends, sales techniques, and acumen.
  • Utilize various formats, including live facilitation, workshops, webinars, e-learning modules, and interactive sessions, to cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to sales representatives to enhance their skills, performance, and confidence.
  • Leverage assets from global programs to drive knowledge acquisition and skills development.
  • Hub-based, aligning to office requirements of the Digital GTM team.
Requirements
  • A strong GTM background, with experience in closing-role and outbound prospecting.
  • Experience in an enterprise-level sales role and/or deep knowledge of the end-to-end sales lifecycle is essential.
  • 2+ years in a sales, consulting, or industry GTM role - preferably in complex software selling environments.
  • 2+ years in Sales or GTM enablement.
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to garner support for new ideas and initiatives.
  • Ability to establish and build close working relationships; strong personal credibility and influencing skills; team-oriented planner and decision-maker.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, within a team environment and deliver aligned training in-hub.
  • Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and leveraging tools of the trade, such as new training methods and practices.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base pay of $88,300 - $145,700, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan, and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements).
