Job Title: Territory ManagerJob Summary:

Franklin Electric is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and market share across NC, VA, and TN. You will manage key contractor accounts, uncover market opportunities, and stay ahead of industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve corporate goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key contractor accounts and identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, business management, engineering technology, or a related field.
  • Three to five years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Travel required: 60%.
