About the Role

Bausch Health is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in a specified region or major geographical area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive results, including demonstrating selling skills and pull-thru execution through strategically and tactically allocating resources.
  • Customer Relationships: Develop effective customer relationships and leverage those relationships to drive results.
  • Business Analytics: Demonstrate baseline knowledge and understanding of business analytics, including customer data, resources, and tools.
  • Account and Territory Planning: Develop and build account and territory plans to drive sales growth.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize available data to target and access most valuable accounts.
  • Product Expertise: Demonstrate expertise across the product portfolio, therapeutic areas, and managed care.
  • Market Knowledge: Demonstrate market and industry knowledge relative to product portfolio and competitor products.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete all administrative tasks in a timely manner.
  • Training and Development: Attend various sales training classes, sales meetings, and national/regional conferences.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of business-to-business sales experience preferred with a demonstrated track record of success.
  • Industry Experience: Previous Pharmaceutical Sales experience strongly preferred.
  • Geographic Location: Resides in or within close proximity to assigned geography required.
  • Travel: Overnight travel may be required for this role.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, teamwork, collaboration, accountability, tenacity, and communication skills.
  • Physical Demands: Lifting sample boxes (up to 25 pounds) is required for this role. If you are unable to lift 25 pounds, reasonable accommodations can be provided.
