Job Description

Ace Handyman Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing plan to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Marketing and Advertising: Develop and implement effective marketing and advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve sales targets and marketing objectives.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales and marketing reports and analysis to senior management to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of sales and marketing experience in a similar industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, and proficiency in sales and marketing software.
  • Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, 1-3 years of sales and marketing experience, and a basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
Benefits:
