Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and managing a team of BDRs to produce consistent and reliable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a team of BDRs to produce consistent and reliable results
  • Recruit, lead, and develop a team of high-performing Business Development Representatives
  • Create processes and playbooks to build a highly effective outbound outreach strategy
  • Owning pipeline targets for your team and working towards overachieving targets while holding a high bar for success

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a hands-on outbound pipeline generation role, driving key metrics and daily activity in a SaaS or Marketplace organization
  • Able to build on go-to-market strategies and sales plans with cross-functional and executive team members
  • Data and metric-driven mindset with an unwavering dedication toward achieving your and your company's targets
  • Experience with sales enablement tools such as Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience
