Director, Demand Generation Specialist

Founded in 2012, the company has made significant strides in optimizing networks of buses, shuttles, wheelchair-accessible vehicles, school buses, autonomous vehicles, and electric vehicles across the globe.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop Global Demand Generation Strategy: Drive demand generation strategy and tactics to meet revenue targets.
- Owning Qualified Pipeline: Take ownership of and be accountable for qualified pipeline to meet revenue targets.
- Collaborate with Sales Leaders: Work closely with global Sales leaders to identify priorities - audience, region, account, product.
- Create Relevant Campaigns: Understand target audiences and drive the creation of new campaigns that are relevant to the right stakeholder at the right time, across all stages of a buyer's journey.
- Develop Global Campaigns: Develop global campaigns with a clear localization strategy, and work with regional teams to enable campaign activation.
- Budget Management: Build and manage budgets, and collaborate to develop and manage analytics for lead generation, conversion, influence, and revenue growth.
- Campaign Attribution: Ensure accurate campaign attribution, create new tracking systems as needed, and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Digital Channels: Own key digital demand generation channels including SEM, paid social, paid sponsorships, SEO, and integrated campaigns.
- Demand Generation Expertise: A proven track record of success in B2B/B2G marketing, with expertise in campaign strategy, attribution, and optimization.
- Tech Savviness: Hands-on experience navigating demand generation tools, including marketing automation and lead scoring software, ABM, and other demand ops tools like Salesforce.
- Data Analysis: Comfortable diving head-first into complex reports and dashboards, with analytical expertise to turn data into insights and insights into high-performing campaigns.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage high-performing teams, with excellent communication and mentoring skills.
