Compliance Sales Executive

**Role Overview:**
We are looking for a highly driven and ambitious sales professional to join our team as an Account Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through targeted outbound activities and collaborating with your SDR counterpart to build a quality pipeline.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Generate new business opportunities through targeted outbound activities.
- Collaborate with your SDR counterpart to build a quality pipeline.
- Qualify opportunities, negotiate, and close deals with senior decision-makers at Fintechs, Payments Companies, Traditional banks, and Credit Unions.
- Effectively manage your pipeline, prioritize the right deals, and create urgency to drive consistent overachievement against quarterly targets.
**Requirements:**
- A proven track record of generating new business within a corporate, SaaS, B2B sales environment.
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably with at least 3 years in B2B compliance/regulatory or cloud/SaaS solutions for the financial services industry.
- Experience in solution/value-based selling and extracting maximum value from clients.
- A strong passion for execution and the ability to think target-oriented.
The salary range for this role is $125,000 to $145,000 + commission (double OTE), equity, and US benefits.
