Job Summary
The Assistant Tennis Professional is a key member of our tennis team, responsible for assisting the Head Pro with all Club tennis activity programming. This includes developing and promoting tennis programs for all age groups, ensuring a fun and engaging experience for our members.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and lead tennis clinics and private lessons to encourage participation in the Club's tennis activities.
- Promote tennis memberships to potential prospects, highlighting the benefits of joining our tennis community.
- Act as the Club's Tennis Ambassador, enhancing the value of the Club and promoting our tennis programs.
- Maintain the tennis courts in a professional manner, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all users.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve our goals and objectives, participating as a valued member of the team.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Tennis Professional.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
- USPTA certification.
