Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven professional to lead our sales efforts and develop relationships with existing and new clients. As a Business Development Leader, you will be responsible for learning our process, developing relationships, and leading a small team to achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Service existing client base and develop new business opportunities
- Research and identify new business opportunities in the B2B sector
- Supervise team activity and results, ensuring high levels of performance and productivity
- Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems and processes
- Provide daily reporting of field activity using a CRM system
- Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive business growth
Requirements
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment
- Passion for helping people and developing relationships
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Sales or customer service experience, with a proven track record of success
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset, with a desire to be active in the community
- Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
Licensing Requirements
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required
- Must have a clean background and own transportation
- 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement
