About the RoleAs a Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with our members, and creating a positive studio experience. You'll work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead outreach and conversion efforts to drive sales growth
- Provide exceptional customer service to our members, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies and promotions
- Work closely with our operations team to ensure a smooth and efficient studio experience
- Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
As a Sales Manager at Orangetheory, you'll enjoy a competitive salary, plus commissions on sales and quarterly bonuses.
