Job Summary

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales success at Concord Toyota by effectively managing the sales team, developing and executing short- and long-term goals, and meeting objectives set by upper management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve departmental and dealership goals
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and training to ensure team members meet or exceed sales targets
  • Conduct sales meetings to review results and discuss plans of action with team members
  • Provide on-the-job training and support to sales team members
  • Maintain a balanced vehicle inventory and develop strategies to move inventory
  • Recommend procedures for advertising, sales promotions, staffing needs, and customer complaints
Requirements
  • 3+ years of sales management experience in an automotive dealership
  • Proven experience managing and leading a high-performance sales team
  • Experience growing a sales operation
  • Strong coaching and training abilities to develop and grow a sales team
  • Outgoing personality with expertise in developing relationships
  • Professional appearance, strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of sales management experience in an automotive dealership
Compensation and Benefits

The Sales Manager position offers a competitive compensation package, including a base hourly rate, commission compensation, and production bonuses. The position also offers a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid time off, and employee discounts on purchasing and leasing cars.

Work Schedule

The Sales Manager position is a full-time role, requiring a 5-day workweek with 2 days off. Weekend availability is required.
