Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Oklahoma City Residence Inn. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Front Office Department and providing exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out the day-to-day operations of the Front Office Department, ensuring that all standards and operating procedures are followed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with employees, return guests, and group contacts to drive business growth and loyalty.
  • Anticipate and address guest issues, establishing proactive processes to promote guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and control labor expenses, supplies, and equipment to ensure financial goals are met.
  • Understand and enforce hotel company credit policies, account for all cash, and make deposits in accordance with hotel and company policies.
  • Ensure associates adhere to performance and service standards, providing direction, support, and timely feedback.
  • Assist in recruitment and training processes, including interviewing candidates and providing onboarding support.
  • Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management.

Requirements:

  • 6 months of Front Office, general office, retail, accounts receivable, or customer service experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs occasionally and stand/walk for duration of schedule shift.
  • Flexible to working days, early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
