About this Position

We are looking for an HR Operations Leader to enhance our organizational culture and contribute to the firm's ongoing success.

In this strategic role, you will report directly to the Director of Finance and Operations, acting as a vital partner to leadership on essential HR initiatives.

Your responsibilities will encompass managing daily HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, ensuring a seamless experience for all team members.

Responsibilities

1. Cultivate a positive organizational culture and uphold core values through targeted HR strategies.

2. Collaborate with leadership on key initiatives such as talent management and succession planning.


3. Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and performance evaluations.

4. Develop and implement HR policies that comply with legal standards and enhance employee engagement.

5. Work closely with department heads to identify staffing needs and align with business objectives.

6. Manage payroll processes, ensuring accuracy in employee records and timekeeping.

7. Provide support and guidance to managers and staff on HR-related issues.

8. Promote initiatives that encourage employee growth, retention, and career advancement.

9. Stay informed on HR trends and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, ideally within a professional services context.

• Preferred certifications: SHRM-CP or PHR.

• Proven track record in strategic HR management, including succession planning and organizational development.

• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage confidential information with integrity.

• Proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and MS Office Suite.

• Experience in administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.

• Ability to excel in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

• Demonstrated leadership and decision-making capabilities.
