Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and facilitate human resources functions and business operations within the CAS.
- Interpret and communicate HR policies and recruitment procedures to faculty, staff, and administration.
- Analyze, maintain, and report on sensitive personnel information while ensuring confidentiality.
- Manage recruitment processes, including appointments and hiring actions, utilizing PeopleAdmin and PeopleSoft systems.
Minimum Qualifications
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, along with one to three years of relevant experience. Proficiency in software applications, particularly spreadsheets and databases, is essential. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are required, along with a keen attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Ideal candidates will demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Office Suite, particularly Excel. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential. Strong organizational skills and the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively are highly valued. Familiarity with PeopleSoft and PeopleAdmin, as well as experience in human resources operations and higher education administration, is desirable.
Compensation
The anticipated pay range for this position is $29.00 per hour, based on the candidate's experience.
