KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to various branches to assist the clinical leader in ensuring regulatory compliance and positive outcomes for residents.
- Provide support at branches during leader absences or when positions are vacant within the region.
- Collaborate with caregivers to integrate the principles of assisted living and Bickford's culture into all aspects of resident care.
- Maintain adherence to regulatory standards.
- Communicate proactively and effectively with residents and families to enhance their engagement.
- Ensure residents receive medications and treatments as prescribed by their healthcare providers.
- Coordinate healthcare services with external providers and physicians to meet resident needs.
- Recommend quality external care providers in the community to the Regional Nurse Coordinator.
Qualifications:
- Current RN license.
- Willingness to pursue additional training or education as required by specific states.
- CPR and First Aid certifications are mandatory.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in organizational and time management abilities.
- Exhibit sound judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
