KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to various branches to assist the clinical leader in ensuring regulatory compliance and positive outcomes for residents.
  • Provide support at branches during leader absences or when positions are vacant within the region.
  • Collaborate with caregivers to integrate the principles of assisted living and Bickford's culture into all aspects of resident care.
  • Maintain adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Communicate proactively and effectively with residents and families to enhance their engagement.
  • Ensure residents receive medications and treatments as prescribed by their healthcare providers.
  • Coordinate healthcare services with external providers and physicians to meet resident needs.
  • Recommend quality external care providers in the community to the Regional Nurse Coordinator.


Qualifications:

  • Current RN license.
  • Willingness to pursue additional training or education as required by specific states.
  • CPR and First Aid certifications are mandatory.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in organizational and time management abilities.
  • Exhibit sound judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
