Office Systems Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Systems Assistant to join our team at GTN Technical Staffing. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Key Responsibilities- Data Entry: Accurately input data into office systems, maintaining a high level of precision and attention to detail.
- Form Creation: Assist in creating and updating forms in various platforms, such as MS Forms and NetDocs.
- Software Support: Provide first-level troubleshooting for office systems and escalate issues as necessary.
- Document Proofing: Review documents for accuracy, grammar, and formatting.
- Training Support: Help onboard new hires by providing training and assistance with office systems and software.
- General Office Support: Assist with contact entries, ProLaw support, and other administrative tasks.
- Strong data entry skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Pro; experience with NetDocs or similar platforms is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities and a willingness to learn new systems.
- Ability to train and assist others in learning new technologies.
- Excellent proofing skills with strong command of grammar and formatting.
- At least 35 years of experience in an administrative or office systems role (legal environment preferred but not required).
- Experience working in a fast-paced office setting.
- Strong customer service mindset with a positive team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work efficiently.
