Job Summary
As an Administrative Office Coordinator, you will play a vital role in maintaining the day-to-day operations of our department. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with management to complete projects and work independently on delegated tasks.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and tidy workspace.
- Maintain and restock office supplies as needed.
- Monitor and use office equipment and materials.
- Answer phones, direct calls, and take messages as needed.
- Help resolve customer complaints and arrange meetings, appointments, and events.
- Take meeting notes and transcribe them into email, document, or spreadsheet form.
- Review invoices and check for accuracy.
- Manage the department budget and demonstrate a commitment to creating compassionate and personalized experiences.
Requirements
- Three or more years of experience in an administrative office setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent customer service skills.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Workday, EPSI, ReportSafe, and Vizio.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and professionalism.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Basic financial analysis understanding.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and organizational and time-management skills.
