Key Responsibilities
  • Operate pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, and screen printers to produce high-quality electronic assemblies.
  • Perform 2D/3D Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) for both in-process and final product inspections.
  • Conduct repairs, rework, and soldering on electronic assemblies as required.
  • Inspect electronic components and assemblies for defects or inconsistencies to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Follow detailed work instructions and maintain accurate production and inspection records.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues to maintain continuous operation.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of combined experience in manufacturing Surface Mount Technology (SMT) processes.
  • Proficiency in operating pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, screen printers, and AOI systems.
  • Experience with electronic assembly inspection, repair, and soldering techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and address defects or inconsistencies in products.
  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and troubleshooting procedures.
