Electronic Assembly Technician

Manufacturing Inc is seeking an experienced Electronic Assembly Technician to join their team. This role involves operating manufacturing equipment, performing inspections, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the production process.

Key Responsibilities- Operate pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, and screen printers to produce high-quality electronic assemblies.
- Perform 2D/3D Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) for both in-process and final product inspections.
- Conduct repairs, rework, and soldering on electronic assemblies as required.
- Inspect electronic components and assemblies for defects or inconsistencies to ensure quality standards are met.
- Follow detailed work instructions and maintain accurate production and inspection records.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues to maintain continuous operation.
- Minimum of 5 years of combined experience in manufacturing Surface Mount Technology (SMT) processes.
- Proficiency in operating pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, screen printers, and AOI systems.
- Experience with electronic assembly inspection, repair, and soldering techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and address defects or inconsistencies in products.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and troubleshooting procedures.
